We are proud of our Academic Facilities.
Situated in a wonderful Grade I listed Manor House we see her as one of our most effective 'teachers'. However, it would be easy to assume that these historic surroundings would limit our ability to provide academic facilities appropriate to the multifarious needs of the modern day scholar. But at Harlaxton College this is not the case for we have worked hard to ensure that we are not constrained by these ancient surroundings and indeed are able to offer facilities every bit as up-to-the-minute and advanced as current technology will allow.
From the 'standard' white-board, OHP and LCD projectors to multi-media carts and high-speed internet connections available in every classroom; and from the more 'advanced' video-conferencing and campus wireless networking to virtualised computing and virtual learning environments; most, if not all, is possible at Harlaxton College.
Whilst we encourage any visiting faculty and students with particular requirements to contact us, we think you will be plesantly surprised by the possibilities our environment, with its unique blend of the 'old' and the 'new', has to offer.
Whilst most of our teaching and learning spaces are multi-purpose, we recognise that some classes require dedicated facilities. In this regard, we have recently created a laboratory/studio lab to better cater for our increasingly popular basic science classes.
