The formal state rooms at Harlaxton Manor flow together beautifully, with each room providing elegant and distinctive settings for whatever your business requires.
Upon entering the manor’s Entrance Hall, where sculpted marble, stone, and a classical fireplace lead guests upstairs, a range of elaborate rooms are available to hire.
The Great Hall, Ante Room, State Dining Room, Long Gallery, Gold Room and Morning Room make for an outstanding backdrop to your business meeting, filming set-up or photography shoot.
Ornate oak paneling, a magnificent crystal chandelier and Italian marble flooring make the Great Hall of Harlaxton Manor one of the most spectacular in the country.
Originally known as The Baron’s Hall, the two-story-high Great Hall is an amazing recreation of an Elizabethan great hall.
A stunning space for photoshoots, film productions and larger corporate events, the Great Hall is dramatic and versatile, suitable for up to 120 guests.
The Great Hall is the perfect setting to host a magnificent large celebration, film or photo shoot.
Our Gold Room is one of the finest in the manor, richly decorated with very elaborate and highly decorative rococo style paneling; reminiscent of a grand French château.
The Gold Room was one of the principal reception rooms of the Manor, previously named the Great Drawing Room. It was earlier known as the Music Room - and you can spot the gold motifs on the doors depicting musical instruments.
The space works ideally as a boardroom, accommodating up to 28 guests.
The 19th century conservatory is one of the highlights of Harlaxton Manor, creating a wondrous environment where nature and architecture meet.
Built in 1840, the conservatory is composed of five differently shaped areas, making it a bright and versatile space for any event.
Sculpted stone and marble work stand beside tropical plants and palm trees, some of which were donated from the Royal Botanical Gardens at Kew.
Our conservatory is a great space for informal meetings or for hosting a gorgeous film or photo shoot.
The Long Gallery is beautifully decorated in French 18th century style setting which originally housed Gregory Gregory’s library, picture, and tapestry collection.
With its floor-to-ceiling paneling, handsome portraits and stunning views of the grounds, the Long Gallery can comfortably seat 200 guests ‘theatre style’ - ideal for those looking to host a large conference or event.
Our State Dining Room offers breathtaking views across our 300 acres of grounds and gardens, as well as the picturesque Lincolnshire countryside.
Boasting one of the Manor’s most elaborate Italian plasterwork ceilings, oak paneling and a huge marble fireplace, our State Dining Room is one of our most popular spots.
We can accommodate up to 60 guests ‘theatre style’ in our formal dining room, or, if you are after a boardroom style layout, we can cater for 36 guests. The room hire includes use of the in-room bar.
Over 300 acres, Harlaxton Manor’s grounds and gardens offer something for everyone.
Designed as a tour around Europe, the formal gardens are some of Harlaxton’s most treasured features and our beautiful parkland is a perfect place to enjoy and photograph the breathtaking scenery.
Meanwhile, our extensive woodland offers peace and tranquility like nowhere else, transforming into an ocean of colour when our famous bluebells bloom.
Whether you’re looking to shoot a scene against the spectacular architecture of the manor, or you’d like to organise a photoshoot amongst our extensive parkland, we offer a number of options for you to take advantage of our magnificent outdoor space.
